Break from Studio

Just a quick update to let you know our team will be taking a short break from 15th – 27th May, 2025. We've worked hard right through the holidays and are taking a little time off to reset and recharge.

Here's what to expect with your order:

  • Digital Portraits – No delays! You'll still receive your digital artwork within the usual turnaround time via email.

  • Framed Portraits & Posters  – You can still order Framed Portraits & Posters as usual. We'll be back to framing and dispatching orders from 28th May. 

  • Customer Support – Email replies may take a little longer than usual during our break, but we’ll be keeping an eye on the inbox and responding as we can. Live Chat responses will be delayed.
