Furry, scaly or slimy - we don't discriminate. We have created portraits of dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, birds, horses and more.

We're quite flexible with the images you provide. We understand all circumstances are different and photos may be limited. Reach out via our Live Chat or email us at support@shopbarkify.com and we will promptly review your image before you order. 

General photo requirements:

• Take photo in a well lit room or natural light
• Avoid shadows and blurry images
• Front on picture with your pet sitting or standing with neck present
• Take image from eye-level
• Pets neck/upper chest is present in image

Absolutely! We currently offer the option to create portraits for a maximum of three pets.

Sure! Simply type "NO NAME" in the name box upon customising your portrait.

Due to high demand, we do not offer proofs at this time.  If your photo is not suitable for our art team we will be in touch to request a new image. If you are not happy with your final product please contact support@shopbarkify.com.

Upon checkout, you may purchase the image file. This means it is yours forever to use as many times as you want and is shipped on a USB with your order. 

All our portraits are printed and framed in Melbourne.

Our goal is to have your portrait dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Let us break down the process for you:

• Your order is placed and we process your image (1 business day)
• Our team of artists start drawing your pet portrait (2-3 business days)
• We print, frame, package and send your order (1 business day)

Barkify has a no return policy due to the nature of our personalised business. However, if your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your artwork, please get in touch with our support team at support@shopbarkify.com.

At this stage we are shipping to Australia only for our physical products, however, you may purchase a Digital File Portrait if you are outside of Australia. We are currently working really hard on expanding outside of Australia.  

We offer FREE Shipping Australia wide with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional $8.99 upon checkout.
