Refund policy

Can I return or get a refund my portrait?
Due to our products being custom made and involve detailed, personalised artwork, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds

Can I get a refund after my order has been placed?
If contacted within 6 hours of the order being placed, we will grant a full refund. We are unable to offer change of minds after this amount time as the artist may have already started illustration. 

What if I'm not happy with my portrait?
If you are unhappy with your portrait, please be in touch with our support team at support@shopbarkify.com. We're proud of our high-satisfaction rate of our customers and your happiness will always be our priority. 

What if my portrait is damaged?
While these occurrences are rare, they can happen. Please shoot us an email at support@shopbarkify.com along with a picture and we will assess the damage and take care of the incident. 

What if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong furry friend in the mail, please reach out at support@shopbarkify.com and we'll direct the right portrait in the right direction as quickly as humanly possible.
