How long will it take for my portrait to arrive?

All our portraits are printed and framed from Melbourne. 

Our goal is to have your portrait dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Let us break down the process for you:

• Your order is placed and we process your image (1 business day)
• Our team of artists start drawing your pet portrait (2-3 business days)
• We print, frame, package and send your order (1 business day) 

During peak times, delays may occur.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this stage we are shipping to Australia only for our physical products, however, you may purchase a Digital File Portrait if you are outside of Australia. We are currently working really hard on expanding outside of Australia.  

What are your shipping costs?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional $8.99 upon checkout. All our parcels are sent via Australia Post.
