I was really excited to receive this custom portrait as a surprise gift for my boyfriend’s birthday. I paid extra to see the design before I approved it to be printed and shipped. When It was sent to me, I was quite disappointed with the lack of detail for the dog, the body seemed off centre as the barkify artist had cropped the dogs body off and it just looked really off. It took me less than 1 minute to prompt chat GPT to fix it and create a design that captured the dog realistically with the right details. I sent this back to the artist and this was the exact image that ended up being used. If I am paying $120 for a custom portrait that’s designed, printed and framed, I should not be the one making the design through ChatGPT! I honestly think I should receive a partial refund for this as I was quite disappointed.
