How long will my portrait take to arrive?
Our goal is to have your portrait dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Let us break down the process for you:

• Your order is placed and we process your image (1 business day)
• Our team of artists start drawing your pet portrait (2-3 business days)
• We print, frame, package and send your order (1 business day)

Do you only illustrate dogs? 
Furry, scaly or slimy - we don't discriminate. In the past we have created portraits of dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, birds, and horses.

Can I revise the image before printing?
Due to high demand, we do not offer revisions at this time. If you are not happy with your final product please contact support@shopbarkify.com

Can I return my item?
Barkify has a no return policy due to the nature of the personalised business. If your item is faulty please contact our support team at support@shopbarkify.com

Do you ship worldwide?
At this stage we are shipping to Australia only for our physical products. You may purchase a Digital File Portrait if you are outside of Australia. We are currently working on shipping outside Australia. 

Can you send me the image file?
Upon checkout, you may purchase the image file. This means it is yours forever to use as many times as you want and is shipped on a USB with your order.
