The ordering experience was easy and the photo upload worked swiftly and well. I am happy with the standard of the picture, however the colouring of my dog was not accurate. Her essence was captured though which was good enough.
The digital copy was not sent as a file that was easy to download and safe. Not sure if it was campatible with imac or my lack of expertise. I got there in the end but it took ages and I still haven't managed to save to a usb.
